MicroGroup continues to invest in its manufacturing capabilities with the recent acquisition of a new Tridex Model CS1-E Electrochemical Cutoff Machine. This cutting-edge system adds production capacity and performance features enabling MicroGroup to better serve the delivery and machining requirements of its customers.

• • Cutting Capacity Diameter – Standard 0.012″ (0.3mm) to 3.15″ (80mm); Cutting Capacity Length – Any length* (holds tight tolerances on lengths)
  • 100% burr-free cuts – most metals

• Features low cutting forces, ideal for thin wall tubes
• Added features include low cutting temperatures, no heat affected zones, and no work hardening
