We now offer two selections of nylon cleaning brushes – the 85 and the 81 Series:

The 85 Series

The 85 Series Abrasive Nylon Brushes are available in sizes from 1/8″ thru 1″ diameters. These cross hole deburring brushes are constructed with abrasive filled nylon filaments to provide extra cutting and cleaning action in a variety of applications including micro burr removal, internal cleaning, removal of small imperfections and surface preparation. Available abrasives include silicon carbide and aluminum oxide in grits from 80 to 600. These are specifically designed for blind hole or through hole applications.

The 81 Series

The 81 Series Mini Abrasive Nylon Brushes are available in sizes from .032″ thru 1/2″ diameters. These brushes are constructed with abrasive filled nylon filaments to provide extra cutting and cleaning action in a variety of applications including cross hole deburring, micro burr removal, internal cleaning, removal of small imperfections and surface preparation. These are specifically designed for through hole applications.
